Brioche!

Finally had a chance to make the King Arthur Brioche recipe, very tasty.

The only things I changed are: added seeds from a couple small vanilla beans to the dough and rolled out the dough and sprinkled with cinnamon, raw sugar, and rum-soaked raisins before fitting into the pan (glass pie pan cause I don't have a brioche mold). And I glazed it with maple syrup and tented with foil for the last 20 mins. The maple syrup really added a little extra.

Didn't produce the gorgeous cinnamon-raisin bread look I was shooting for, but the taste makes up for it and it went really well with coffee. :o)
