Quick for tonight - cranberry sorbet garnish help

Okay so for dinner guests tonight I am making cranberry royale (which I guess means "with grapefruit") sorbet. I'm going to serve it with some store-bought biscotti on the side.

I was thinking that the little dishes of,sorbet will look sort of sad. Garnish emergency! :)

I have some dried cranberries and/or cherries. Would you use those? Would you plump them in juice or booze first?

Peppermint or basil leaves?
