Filling Meals for under 350 calories

I have been on a diet since Sept 4 and lost over 20lbs so far but I am struggling with low cal meals. Plain veggies are getting a bit boring. Most sauces have lots of calories.

Rice 2/3 cup cooked---------------- 135
4 oz chicken breast broiled ------ 125
4 oz center pork loin broiled------- 163
4 oz salmon steamed---------------- 161

I am normally a meatatarian ( I don't feel full without meat no matter how big the plate of veggies is)

Looking for tricks any tricks that will help keep us on track I will be eventually raising the CC but for now still need to keep it low.
