Today is Day 1 of an 800 calorie/day low carb, low fat diet that DH are starting. We are committed. Three prepared meals a day + a dinner of 8 oz lean protein and 2 cups steamed vegetables. Mental preparation is why I haven't posted here lately. I packed up all the sour dough paraphernalia, sadly. Yes, I know all the arguments for changing portions, but eating healthy foods, etc., but we need to do something drastic.
