Or Never Stop Scraping

Mix up one half tsp each of 14 spices. Any 14. Don't matter. Any combo will taste the same anyway.
Try to put all the spice jars away where you had em.
Cut up any combinatiion of breath fouling belch producing veggies.
Cut into pieces some fancy meat that most markets never heard of.

Heat up a nonstick teflon pan till it's smoking hot or your canary dies - which ever comes first.
Pour in 1/4 the spices then scrape them loose (non-stick pan).
Heat up the meat, scrape it loose and set it someplace.
Pour in 1/4 the spices then scrape them loose.
Cook the veggies in-all; guess that means with the tops, skins, hairs, whatever - scrape them loose.
Throw the meat back in if you can find it.
Pour in some stock (whatever that is) and try to avoid the superheated steam.
Scrape it loose.
Serve.
God what a mess!
Toss it out.
Eat the canary.

Simplified:
Nuke a pkg of frozen mixed veggies 6 minutes
Same time heat the pan (smoke, canary etc) while cutting up the American meat
Dump in the meat, veggies, stock, 1 pkg McCormics Hot Taco Seasoning
(now THAT is "in-all")
Stir, cover, wait, serve
Yum
