Speaking Of ------------------Labor Day dishes

Very often my cooking gets inspired by the discussions here.

Speaking of rice, I make squid stuffed with wild rice, with baked Peter Pan squashes. Thank you Teresa, for your generous gift. The wild rice certainly took center stage in the dish. It tasted great with the squid.

Speaking of Lobsters, this simple sous vided lobster dish took advantage of a $4.79 a lb sale.

Speaking of Zucchini skin, Crispy sous vided Chicken on sauteed zucchini skin, with roasted Fairytale eggplants and pickled watermelon rind
