Tips for chopping jalapenos.

The only thing I use fresh jalapenos for is every time this year when I am making/canning Annie's salsa. My daughter-in-law was interested in how to keep your hands from burning.

First and foremost, I use the latex gloves. If you don't have them and can't wait to buy some, you can use the 'Orange Goop' degreaser stuff on your hands immediately after chopping. (Don't touch your eyes or sensitive nether-regions!!!) It isn't perfect but a second best idea.

Also, I use my Ninja to do the chopping after I have de-veined and removed seeds. Then, instead of the 'quick wash' I use my scrubbing button on the dishwasher. (All knives and cutting board goes in there too.)
