Different Yeasts

HI, not sure if this has been addressed before. When I go to restaurants, they serve nice soft yeasty rolls. Or ordering pizza, it seems that the crust is very yeasty. Love that taste.

When I make bread or pizza crust at home from the packets, it lacks that yeasty flavor.

Can anyone tell me what I may do different to achieve that flavor?

I know when my husband brews beer, he uses different yeasts, but I can only find a few brands in the baking isle in the store.
