Dehydrator differences - Excalibur

Hi all -

I am going to get a better dehydrator than the basic one that I have. I think that I want an Excalibur but can't really tell the difference between the 3926 and the 3900 and the 2900. For those of you who do a lot of dehydrating, any clue on the differences between the three models? Thanks!

The 3900 is 600watts, and the other two 400 watts.

The higher wattage allows high temperature to dry meat safer.

The 3926 has a timer, the other two do not.
