If you raise chickens, a question, please

Do any of you who keep chickens pasteurize them before cooking or sharing them?
Right now, our chickens are producing too many eggs for just the two of us, and the kids are too far away to take them regularly. One of our neighbors has a huge family and asked to buy the extras. I love these neighbors and would never charge for the eggs, but I am wondering if any of you would have any qualms about giving away unpasteurized eggs to people who could have health issues of which you are unaware. I asked for sous vide information some time ago, and never set up a system, but it is still in the back of my mind, actually more for this purpose than any other. Thoughts?
