| I'm going to make peanut clusters and turtles. I usually drop them by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet on foil or wax paper, but they are not very uniform and, especially the turtles, kind of spread out into odd shapes. I'm trying to think of something I can use so they come out more uniform in shape. Do you think I could drop them into paper cupcake liners? Would the paper stick to the candy? Maybe butter some muffin tins and drop them in the bottom? I don't want to go out and buy candy molds that I'll only use once a year or so. |

| First I'd suggest you try waiting for the caramel to cool a little more so it doesn't spread so much. It's a little tricky because you don't want it to be too stiff for the last ones, but give it a try. |
