If you like spiders and UFs at all, you really might look at some by either Dan Bachman, Margo Reed or Jim Murphy. While some are new and more expensive, there are a lot that are very reasonably priced ( AFTER AWHILE CROCODILE, RED HILL, TOODLELOO KANGAROO,LATER ALLIGATOR) A couple of other older and very reliable late bloomers are SANDRA ELIZABETH- it is a rather old fashioned buttery yellow, but it is considered the marker for very late blooms. It is reliably very late almost everywhere. Also, Sanford Roberts POINT OF VIEW is a great ML-L bloomer. It is a big red and very impressive in a clump. I did a thread or two on some L-VL bloomers and pictured some of these daylilies - one was earlier this week and another was a couple of weeks ago. Good luck with your quest! Remember that hybridizers can only register daylilies as they bloom in their home gardens. They might not ( and often don't) bloom at the same time in completely different climates!

Really annoying keyboard problem

Advice/suggestions from a layman: Control panel>mouse> open it up and do some changes then put it where you want it and try. Control Panel>keyboard . move those sliders around and check it out. Vacuum out the keyboard. I have a lap top, but I use a external mouse and keyboard as I have it set up similar to a PC. Not very portable, but it is seldom used outside my home. Grady

I got that this morning! I can't remember which post it was, but I finally had to close the whole thing because it happened every time I opened a post. It's not happening now. My goodness, what a lot of glitches this site has. I still have to sign in through the home forum page.

AdBlock Plus works with FireFox, Chrome and IE.

I use Chrome solely and I don't see any ads. It's well worth your time to download it.

I tried Firefox with adblock, and it's there, too. We have an ancient computer, and the newer versions of things don't work on our computer. *sigh* One of these days we'll get a new one, but there's other priorities now.

Sally, a refurbished/second hand computer is very very cheap.

Try ebay or Goodwill.

Easy List is part of Adblock Plus. It's either automatic or you check on it to install along with ADP

I uninstalled Adblock Plus and installed it again. And the ad is now gone.

Opera has content blocker built in so you don't have to patch it like Firefox and the others. Just click on what you want to block and say goodbye. You can download starter lists too for getting your filtering going.

I had forgotten about this. Luckily, later in the day the bottom banner was gone.

DH is all about Macs, so yes, you can buy refurbished Macs, but the word cheap doesn't apply to them. Less expensive, yes, but not cheap. I do want to look into that, though.

In the mean time, I hope they powers that be came to their senses and will not use that type of ad again. Maybe it was a malfunction.
