First time galette...

I had my GFs over for dinner and if I can't experiment on them, who can I?

Nectarines are in season so I sliced up nectarines and spread organic blueberry preserves on the dough first.

It came out super tasty and it was so much easier than a regular fruit pie....no spillage in the oven as it's baked on an edged cookie sheet, no worry if the crust is done on the bottom, not wrapping pie edges with foil to keep them from burning, and far easier to serve than trying to get that first pie slice out of the pan.

I'm a fan now.
