SharonCB's Easy Parmesan Potato Wedges

Thank you Sharon! I made the Easy Parmesan Potato Wedges last night. Big hit all around!! They were delicious and incredibly easy to do. Better than plain ol' french fries which I very seldom make because of all the trouble, all the mess and all the fat. These will now be a regular part of my repertoire.

We like potatoes like that and sometimes add crushed rosemary (fresh or dried) to them for variety. Yum!

Made these last night with just a dash of red pepper flakes. Very good. And easy!

Oh yeah...I have also made them several times and we always enjoy them.

I like to dip them in a little sour cream.
