Happy Birthday coconut_nj!

Thanks Everyone. We can use the rain, so I don't mind it cooling things down. Yesterday we got a new roommate and her adorable english bulldog Hurley. They arrived from Texas. She's going to help out around here, and she likes to cook, so I now have a sous chef. Yayy..lol. Christy brought home a cake for me from my favorite Italian Peoples Bakery! Whipped cream icing and I suspect fresh strawberry filling. We'll cut it tonight. Not sure what we'll have for supper, but I'm thinking a nice big shrimp remoulade salad sounds good, with a healthy serving of Jersey Tomatoes on the side. Smiles. I think supper tomorrow should be Jersey Corn, to start the Texans off right.

Thanks everyone. A nice new adventure for the coming year.

If I remember correctly from working in NJ-New Jersey is the "Eggplant Capital of the US".
