Does boiling brine kill mocriobiotics?

I made some kosher pickles and I'm wondering if boiling the brine before pouring in the jars will kill the good bacteria that gives it the taste.

They were fermented for 3 weeks.

Or it will stay alive in the inside of the cucumbers and keep fermenting slowly in the fridge?

Boiling the brine will destroy the health benefits of fermentation. And it isn't necessary. If you plan to store the pickles in the fridge, just put the jars in the fridge when they reach the point of fermentation you want.
