baking day and kneading conference

Well I baked on this rainy day. I tried three recipes from Peter Reinhart's Artisan Breads every day. Soft rye sandwich bread, SF sourdough and Pain au Levain again. All used my starter but only the SF sd had no added yeast. And it was slow. And I think will be on the heavy side. I also made some 'bobolis' and pizza. Attempted crackers with discarded starter. They are ok but not super exciting

And I also checked out this years kneading conference. I don't think I will go this year. It is expensive and at a time when there is so much else to do outside. It does look like there are some neat workshops.
