| We have a bumper crop of cherry and Roma tomatoes this year, and I have a large bowl of them on the kitchen counter that have started to get wrinkly. Would love any suggestions of how to use them once they are a little past their prime. Thanks! |

| Make a pasta sauce.
Olive Oil Just heat the olive oil, add garlic, tomatoes, dried basil, salt, pepper and hot red pepper flakes (if using). Toss with pasta and fresh basil and serve.
Pork Meat sauce with Tomatoes and Basil Brown ground pork in a little olive oil. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Just before serving add the chopped basil. |

| Cut in half....drizzle with oil and dry in a 200 oven until they are leathery. |
