Coffee: The Science of Pour-Over

I really enjoy the Serious Eats website, and this article on coffee brewing gives a complete explanation of the different factors that affect your coffee pour-overs. Won't change the way I make coffee (Chemex drip with super-fine French roast). But now I know a couple of things to watch out for to optimize brewing.
