harvesting grape leaves

Just now getting a bit of harvest. A pint of lovely ripe raspberries last night and so many more to come.
Lots of salad. Zucchini blossoms...
Grape leaves are brining in the fridge. What to do with them. Never cared much for the Dolmas, mint mushy gummy rice
filling. Maybe it is a memory of the canned 'International foods' shelf so intriguing years ago but so strange, and processed cans. I suppose i could adapt the traditional to ingredients i like and i'm sure fresh will be so much better. I just expected to find many other uses doing a google search. I did find a fish dish after many tries. But more excited about his sauce!...
"The final component of this dish is the sauce. I simply whizzed up some fresh Spring peas (frozen is fine) with some chives, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, fresh dill, capers and finished off with some salt and pepper."

Here is a link that might be useful: poached fish in grape leaves
