Where Is The Lobster?

In Tricia's ground pork thread, I suggested a classic recipe "Shrimps with Lobster sauce" because I am under the impression that Tricia prefers moist food.

I always find it interesting that there is no Lobster in lobster sauce. Tonight, I decided to make that dish, since I do have shrimps and ground pork in the freezer.

The bacon is not typically in the recipe. I was going to make BLT, and then I discovered the critters had messed up the few ripe tomatoes in my garden. I had to use the bacon which was thawed.
