Inspired by all the talk about garlic scapes and inspired by the fish thread.

I like garlic scapes a lot. I went to a farmers market, there were many stands selling garlic scapes. They were not cheap. I bought from three sellers of three varieties to try out. Well, they were all delicious and they all tasted about the same.

I made Cod with sausage meat and garlic scapes. This is my way of making fish less domineering, by pairing it with a meat with personality and a vegetable with distinct character.
