Ques about Sharon's Lemon Graham Slice--Ann T, you here?

Hi, I plan to make Sharon's (canarybird) Lemon Graham Slice on Friday for serving on Saturday, and I have a couple of questions for you, Ann T, related your lovely photo (below). The thread is linked below.

Ann, how do you get your slices to have such perfect edges??? Do you partially freeze this in the baking pan before you slice them?

Also, have you ever doubled the recipe, and if so, any suggestions about baking time?? I'd like to put these Lemon Graham Slices in a 9 x 13 pan.
