Cold brew coffee?

DH just read about cold brewing coffee in a Trader Joe's flyer. I googled it and it sounds like a cool idea. (I personally hate even the smell of coffee).

The basic idea is to put coffee grounds in a container of cold water, put in your fridge and let sit for 12 hours. Strain out the grounds and then you have coffee concentrate. It lasts for 2 weeks in the fridge and you can heat or use cold. Usually added water or milk is needed.

Reduces acid by 67% and supposedly the taste is amazing and not bitter.

Anyone try this?
