What a mess...polenta question

Made some polenta the other night then poured it in a loaf pan and refrigerated it. I sliced it up tonight and attempted to sauté it in my all clad with a little (ok a lot of) ghee. Totally bonded to the bottom and I can tell its going to be super fun to try and clean up. I have gotten rid of all my nonstick but a small 7" pan. Any way to make this work in my all clad? Thanks!
