Yogurt-making question

We go through a lot of yogurt in our house, so I've been thinking about making our own yogurt at home now, to see how we like that. I've been looking at digital yogurt makers, as well as reading about how to make it with a heating pad, but I really don't want to have to muck around with having to periodically check the temperature.

Then I remembered that my KitchenAid convection oven has a bread proofing setting and food dehydrating setting. Do you think the temperature for these settings would be ideal for yogurt making?
