How to make fish not taste like fish

Reading about the importance of cutting out red and processed meats and replacing it with fish....but fish can be high in mercury, so they recommend eating fish like salmon and tilapia and cat fish which I find taste a lot like fish. The one's I like are high in mercury like swordfish and tuna as they don't taste so much like fish.

So is there a way of preparing fish that doesn't taste so much like fish? Or do I just have to do what Jillian McKeith says: "You don't have to like it...you just have to eat it."

I will fry up cod or flounder with Old Bay that seems to help some, and I can do shrimp....
