Question about Pavlova "cups" - Sol, are you out there???

I want to make some individual Pavlovas for a friend's upcoming birthday and remembered Sol's awesome photo a few years ago of her fresh fruit filled strawberry Pavlova shells.

I went to Memories in the Baking and did a search, but I guess I was all thumbs because I couldn't find a recipe.

I would love to get the recipe for this, and to know how long to cook these individual shells. Do they have a thin base to them as well?

Also, just how stiff does the meringue have to be in order to pipe the base to a height of four "circles" so it doesn't all flatten out in the oven?
