Freezing ganache

I know ganache can be frozen, and really, it's the best place for it right now, although I understand frozen ganache can also be delicious!! Anyway, out of sight, out of mind, right?

I made thickish "pourable" ganache for use on brownies I'll be baking at the end of next week.

My questions are:
When freezing ganache, I read that many people recommend that plastic wrap rest atop the ganache. If I do this, even if it's frozen first, won't the ganache stick to the plastic wrap somewhat?

Do you have any recommendations for making it pourable again, after the freezing? I'm not going to whip it, but do want to pour it--would re-warming it in the microwave work (after bringing it to room temp)? Would it be better to re-warm it in a bowl over hot water? Maybe running a blow dryer on warm would work too? :O)

Thanks for any input!

Smiles,
Sooz
