Baked Spanish Rice for a Crowd

I have proven to myself that this recipe works:

1.5 lbs Converted Rice
4 T Butter, melted
2 T dried Onion
4-3/4 cups Broth
2-1/3 cups Chunky Salsa

Mix it all together in a 9 x 13 pan. Seal tightly with foil. Bake for 70 minutes. Let stand 15 - 45 minutes. Uncover and fluff before serving. Note: This recipe does not call for boiling the broth first.

I know I can triple any 9x13 recipe into a full steam table pan, so I plan to triple the above recipe. My question for all of you is - do I need to increase the cooking time???
