My Lobster Lunch

Thanks to all who helped make this a success. I did the traditional New England lobster roll using the steamed, frozen lobster my store had as a special. I was a bit nervous about the quality but when defrosted and the package opened, I was relieved to smell nothing but a sweet ocean odor. Used just a little Hellman's mayo served on a Pepperidge Farm grilled top sliced hot dog bun with Cape Cod potato chips and bread and butter pickles. Chocolate pie and lemonade rounded out the menu. I really appreciated the array of pictures since I had no idea as to how large the lobster chunks should be. The only catch was the temp was about 50. When I was planning the menu it was hot so I scrapped my original thought of chicken a la king which would have been quite appropriate, I had made pea soup the previous day so we enjoyed a cup of that---it turned out to be a most delightful lunch thanks to all the help from this board,
