Zojirushi BB-CEC20 'light Sour Dough Bread' recipe

My favorite bread recipe is 'Light Sour Dough Bread' (page 24 of the Model BB-CEC20 instruction book). I discovered recently that if I use 'Red lStar' yeast instead of Fleischmann's yeast I get a much lighter bread with a better crust and texture. Problem is, the loaf is now too big for the bread pan and ends up smashing against the top of the machine. I've tried scaling back the ingredients to reduce the volume of the loaf, but can't find a recipe that gives me the same texture, etc. with a smaller loaf size. My other option would be to use the stock recipe and bake in the oven, but I'd prefer doing everything in the bread machine. Anyone tried this? Your recipe?
