Take With A Grain Of Salt

This is totally without scientific proof.

There are many who can benefit with less salt and sugar in their diets.

It seems logical to me that you can taste salt or sugar only if your taste buds are in direct contact with them. Therefore if you cook with salt or sugar in the beginning or marinate with salt or sugar, all the salt and sugar inside the food that your tongue never touch are a waste of you salt and sugar intake quota.

Salt and sugar your food the very last minute;
but take this opinion with a grain of salt. :-),
