Garlic...powdered, granulated, etc.

Yes, I do use fresh garlic whenever possible, especially when it is sauteed with meats or other vegetables or pressed and put into dips or salad dressings. But whenever I buy powdered garlic it hardens up on me - always! I now have some garlic pepper which has not gotten hard. Does anyone use granulated garlic? Does it stay free flowing? Anyone have a good brand of garlic salt? Does that harden up also? It's been years since I bought garlic salt. Have they improved it?

Any help is appreciated!
