Tenderizing ???

DH wants to pick up some boneless beef loin petite sirloin steaks that are on sale and throw them on the BBQ.

We usually get rib eyes or Porterhouses and are relatively unfamiliar with this particular cut of beef.

Any suggestions for making these sirloins flavorful and tender? Thanks!
