Country style pork ribs

This is a cut of meat that is quite inexpensive around here, along with pork butt or shoulder.

I've often used these cuts to make pork stew, carnitas, posole and carnitas. Of course, there's always bbq, eaten as is or in sandwiches. I have had some success as well substituting the pork for beef in some curry dishes.

I want to expand my repertoire with this inexpensive meat, as I love pork and also love anything that can cut my food expenses without cutting enjoyment.

What do y'all do with pork country ribs, butt & shoulder?
