Dry banana bread....why?

donnar57

In the past month, I have tried to make two different loaves of banana bread, using the same recipe (from Betty Crocker cookbook).

Both times I used very ripe bananas. Both times, the bread came out very dry, not like the moist loaves I have made in the past. The only change I made was that I have recently gotten new pans. They are glass. In the second loaf, I tried lowering the oven temp by 25 degrees and didn't bake it quite so long.

Any ideas why my bread may be too dry????
