March is Marmalade Making Month--Substitutes?

I'm late in canning marmalade but that's okay, it's still March.

I want to use less sugar this year. Before I begin, I want to verify two things with the canning experts.
4 cups of sugar-can I use 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of Stevia?
If I do that, do I need to change the (regular) pectin I use?
