Could you help me fine tune this Easter menu?

Here is the time frame, Dh and I will be at church until about 1:00. We have nursery duty that day so I can leave a little early, maybe 12:30 to come home and cook/light grill.
It's all casual, btw. 5 guests will arrive about 1:15-1:30.
8 around the table.

I want to have as much done ahead as possible. I'll set the table the day before.

I'm making cheesecake and yeast rolls for the freezer this week, will set out early Sunday. Topping is undecided.

Will charcoal grill butterflied lamb leg and salmon side.
This is all I want to do last minute.

Put potato dish in oven. I don't know what potato dish will fit in this time frame.

Put corn pudding in oven.I could nix this dish if necessary.

Set out cold marinated asparagus.

Steam sugar snaps. Toss with lemon butter.

***Do I have too much to do last minute? I don't have appetizers and want to sit down to eat around 1:30. Everybody will be hungry and ready to eat.

I might also grill some vegetables just 'cause the grill is going.
