I get many of my cooking ideas from this Cooking Forum.

Read the Endive thread, Annie�s apple thread, the alfredo thread and some pork dishes on the WFD thread, I decided to make this pork dish.

I like the bitterness of endive, radicchio and escarole. They basically taste the same, but I mostly use escarole ($0.75 a lb) because endive ($3.99 a lb) and radicchio ($4.99 a lb) are much more expensive. I like escarole saut�ed.

For the sauce, I made apple sauce, and had some leftover alfredo sauce, so I used both. The combination worked fine.

The pork is just simple sous vide 24 hour pork shoulder ($1.19 a lb) in oregano marinade.

A simple and inexpensive meal.
