Best cookware for dry sautée and stirfry

I do love enameled cast iron but find that it does not work for dry sautée very well. I always end up getting burnt, stuck on bits that are not nice to clean. Maybe there is a technique to do this right or I need different cookware. What is the best cookware for doing dry sautée like stirfries, home style hash browns etc. I need it to be flat bottomed and work on induction. Any suggestions?
