| I had to bring a dish, so I made wings. I don't like slopp dripping finger food wings in an active party. So I made crispy fried wings. The dark color was from the soy sauce marinate. dcarch |

| Thanks everyone! I discovered that by spreading the wings, the skin gets stretched out and dried out better for frying. The end result was really crackling crispy skin all over. dcarch |
