Lou, Pizza dough ???

Okay Buddy.... I just made another batch of your dough for hubby and the boys. I put in 1 c WW flour and 2 cups of AP flour into the KA. Turned on the mixer after tossing in the salt to "blend" things up. Had the water,sugar yeast "bubblin"... Turned on the mixer and poured in the yeast mixture, then the oil..let it rip a bit to mix everything. Took it out and started kneading...I only used maybe 3 finger fulls of the last cup of flour. Is that normal?

I think when I made the dough 2 weeks ago, that I used a bit more flour than that.

I've not made a ton of doughs by hand. Usually use the bread machine for everything..so not even sure I could have "forced" more flour into the dough as I kneaded it.

I'm sure it will be fab..but just wanted to make sure that 3 cups plus a smidge more would be fine.
