The waiter told me this much: Pineapple juice base, colored purplish with blue cointreau (i know I misspelled this) and red grenadine. There are 3 liquors, gin, rum and everclear. Also a little sweet and sour mix. He said there are several secret ingredients, but i don't know what they could be. I'm going to try to figure it out for New Years though! :)

Green tea is said to strengthen the immune system. Also ordinary black tea. I just checked Dr. Andrew Weil's website to see what he suggests. After sharing the CDC's recommendations for avoiding the flu, he adds: In addition, I suggest taking a daily antioxidant, multivitamin-mineral supplement, as well as astragalus, a well-known immune-boosting herb that can help ward off colds and flu. Also consider mushroom-based immune modulators such as Host Defense or Mycosoft Gold available through Fungi Perfecti (http://www.fungi.com) I must say I've never heard of the mushroom-based immune modulators. I've read that melatonin is good for the immune system, though. I take that often to help me sleep.

Lol! I've never tried it. I have teenagers. They ordered matcha off of Amazon with their own money. I think they tried it it and then haven't tried it again. I don't don't think it gave them the tea drinking experience they were expecting. I've noticed that the fruit flavored green teas seems to be most popular at the local Asian teahouses. I don't know if that is an American preference or not.
