AnnT - French bread question...

from an inexperienced baguette baker. :o) In your recipe it says you use a Biga, plus 4 cups of bread flour. In the recipe itself, it says 3.5 cups of bread flour. Do you up the amount of flour and still add the same amount of water (1 1/3 cups cold water plus 1/3 or so additional water) or do you increase the water as well? Or does the Biga increase the moisture sufficiently for the extra half cup of flour? Thanks for any advice, am hoping to make perfect baguettes for Valentine's Day.
