The "how it works" rules are clearly explained on Wizardnm's Virtual Valentine Dinner thread. Sounds like a lot of fun. Although with my kitchen under construction I will not be posting pictures! :-)

Eileen, join in for the fun. A virtual dinner is one that is among friends on the internet. We discuss menu items, recipes and whatever else may come up. It's a form of sharing our cooking experiences. Some will even share a picture of the mess in the kitchen. The actual dinner is as formal or casual as you want.

Eileen, I did one about five or six years ago. I seem to remember a "suggested" menu because I used a lamb recipe from here and I had never cooked lamb before! And a shrimp ceviche!

We had a dinner party for the Virtual Dinner. It was a lot of fun!
