| My guess would be "dedtired?" |
| What's on the menu? E |
| Maybe they should send their egrets? :) |
| Egrets? I've had a few, but then again, too few to mention... |
| My guess would be Sharon. ~Ann |
| Silvia? cute arley! Di |

| Karen or Karen? |
| Cute indeed. Keep in mind that I am at the lower end of the foodie chain on this Cooking Forum. Most of the recipes are from my Grandma Dorthea DiCicco. Menu Any suggestions for wine? |
| Great menu. If my guess is right, I know both Sharon and Clive are lovers of big Italian reds. If my guess is wrong, I'd still go with a good Italian red. ~Ann |
| Sharon and Clive? Does this mean they've begun their farther south trip? I hope I see them in the next few weeks in Nashville! Lucky whoever is dining with you. Food is great, and the company even better! I like Ann's suggestion, I know I'd enjoy that. |

| My first guess was Pam, and my second guess was Silvia, but now I'm thinking that Ann is right, and it will be Sharon and Clive. Lars |
| The HG suggested some wine he bought recently...OMG! it was in a PLASTIC bottle! I thanked him for the thought but suggested that he keep it for his own consumption. |

| "HG" = House Guest? Hairy Gorilla? Happy Gardener? I cannot figure that one out. |
| Changed my guess....Lou. Di |

| I was thinking Lou, too! Rusty |
| A nice Valpolicella would go well with that menu, or a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Neither are overpowering, but I find them both enjoyable. |
| What a great party if all your guess guests came to dinner. Arley, I was thinking Montepulciano d'Abruzzo too since we and our guests have been to Montepulciano. oooops, too much information. Lars, Definitely "House Guest". |

| Dees, what a great line! That menu sounds great. And my dh is also an 'hg' and he would look at the sales ads and say, 'oooh, lookie here. Reds are 3/10 at Walgreen's next week. You want me to stop and get 2 bottles?' |

| It must be Lou because of the wine. I think Clive has also been to Montepulciano, but he is not a plastic wine bottle kind of guy. Lars |

| Since you said guests, plural, I say Sharon and Clive, since they're in Fl and haven't been to see you this trip that we know of so far. LOL. Great menu btw. I'd love it all, but can skip the wine. |
| I don't mean to be a tease but I am hoping the guest will see the post and chime in. |
| Is it me? Just checking. I keep getting more forgetful. Jim |
| The menu is perfect and I know who it is...;-) You and HG are the perfect people to enjoy that meal with. Enjoy! Y'all will have a great time together! Jim, funny! |
| O.K. Here is my guess: It's John. Jim |

| The airfare from here to FL is really cheap. I'd bring, er I mean, serve a nice Chianti but skip the fava beans. Seriously. |

| Well, that does rule out Lou! I'll go with John too- he seems like he is indifferent to wine in plastic-...so what's the prize? |
| Come on down Pam, plenty of food and no fava beans! Jimster, you were on the list but I didn't get an RSVP. Okay, enough teasing. Sharon and Clive are staying near by and I am pleased that they have carved out some time to visit. Can't wait! |

| Sharon and Clive are great fun at dinner, and I could not believe how much Clive and I had to say to each other, especially since Sharon and I had so much to say as well, and it was a short evening. Take lots of pictures, and video, if possible!! Lars |
| Aw, Cathy. You four will have a GREAT time together! I'll be looking forward to pictures of some of my very favorite CFers having a good time together! Linda |

| Sounds like fun! Can't wait to see pix! |
| Oh wow another CF get together! Those are the BEST. Yes food porn! |
| How fun! I bet you have a good time with them. I know they will with you (and R? I hope!). So when is/was dinner? |
| With a menu like that I surely do hope it is Clive and me! |
| Two wonderful CF'ers and their DH's ! What could be better? I'm looking forward to the photos and hearing about all the fun! |
| I extended the invitation to LakeMayor and Steve but they have guest this week. Robin, it's tomorrow night, you have time to get down here. |
| Having spent time with 3 of the 4 funsters, I know this will be a great meal and a lot of laughs! Rob, I hope you can make it too! |
| I'd love to!!! I could even get to see the Ray's Knife exhibit. If I just had a way to pay for the airfare... I would. I'd even jaunt an over to see cousin Ingrid (they live in your city) and her bunch when you were done with me. Y'all have fun wihtout me, but enough for me. Hugs to all! |

| Yum, yum, yum! As a half Italian, ok, as a living humanoid, I'd love that menu. Who wouldn't? Have great fun, which is really a given. Look forward to some pics. |
| Was your dinner last night? I bet you had a blast. I'm looking forward to the report and pictures. Sally |
| Dinner was amazing and the company was even better! Raymond and Cathy are absolutely delightful and lots of fun. Don't think there was one moment of silence the entire evening! Truly it felt like we had known them for years. Just a great evening but I'll wait for Cathy to post pics before saying more. ........and remember Cathy you promised not to post any embarrassing ones ! LOL |
| It sounds wonderful. How lucky you four were to dine together, I know both the food and the conversation were wonderful. Lee, looking forward to photos |
