| Pat, I really don't know. It seems like wheat germ should work or maybe grind up some oatmeal to replace. I have often skipped over an ingredient like that and just upped the main dry ingredient, in this case the flour. Nancy |

| Chia seeds would work. Wheat germ or wheat bran would work, too. Or some whole wheat flour. Eileen |
