I watched it and it looked so yummy I bought Rib Eyes for dinner tonight. Now the only question is do I make them stove top or do we spark the grill in the snow! I will leave the decision up to the men folk and report back :-)
Did the Pan Seared, rosemary, garlic, bit of thyme too - it was sublime!! Definitely love the addition of the butter bath at the end, but I'll be honest, it scares me jsut a bit because the steaks seem to absorb that butter! Yes, it was super tasty, but I'm not sure I needed all that additional butter in my body LOL!
Oh dear. Remember the last time I pan seared a steak in my cast iron skillet? Screeching smoke alarms ... "FIRE!!! FIRE!!!" , smoke, my shivering shaking nervous chihuahua and then a stray dog in my kitchen?
