Your most healthy and yummy snack or dish?

I went through 5 pages of search, can't find this topic, so I start this thread: What's your most healthy & yummy snack or dish? Mine are:

1) Texas red grapefruit or fresh apple

2) Slow-cooker bean soup

3) Honey walnut crunch, high in Omega-3 and melatonin, good for your health & good sleep with sweet dreams.
I burnt 1 batch before I get it right. Kids loves this snack. My kid now wakes up happy for school, rather than grumpy.

Choose the thickest cookie-sheet, line with wax paper. Spread 2 cups of raw walnut, sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top, then drizzle 1/2 to 3/4 cup honey. Bake in 250 oven for 30 minutes, stir once after 15 minutes in oven, to prevent burnt honey.

Remove walnuts from cookie sheet while its still hot, otherwise it sticks to tray when cooled. Walnuts become crunchy once cooled on a plate, mix in dry cranberries last.

If you want walnuts less sticky for your fingers, stir the second time, and bake for another 20 minutes at reduced temp 200 oven. Be generous with brown sugar, and less honey will result in less sticky, and more crunchy walnut.
